From Re:Zero − Starting Life in Another World −, Ram joins the KADOKAWA Plastic Model Series as a fully articulated model kit. The design allows her colourful maid outfit to be recreated through pre-coloured parts and pre-painted details, making assembly simple while preserving anime accuracy.
The model features articulation that enables iconic poses, including Ram wielding her wand. Three interchangeable expression parts are included: expressionless, angry, and condescending. Optional accessories include an angry-face front hair part, wand, deck brush, multiple hand parts, and display bases for dynamic posing.
Ram is the older twin maid of the Roswaal mansion. She is sharp-tongued, confident, and often condescending toward others, while remaining highly capable in her duties. Despite her strict attitude, she is deeply loyal to her sister Rem and those she cares about, with strong magical abilities that make her a valuable member of the household.

Q: How do you pack the model kits? Will they arrive damaged?
A: Each kit is securely packed in a clean, sturdy box, cushioned with bubble wrap and sustainable filling materials. We handle every order with collector-level care.
Q: What delivery methods do you offer?
A: We currently ship via Standard (Royal Mail Tracked 48). Express shipping is temporarily suspended to improve service quality.
Q: How long does order processing take?
A: Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 PM may ship the same day (not guaranteed). Orders after 12:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to couriers, weather, customs, or other unforeseen events.
