Each participating university Anime Society / Student Union must appoint one official representative (“Representative”) to manage all communications and group orders.

The Representative must:

* Use a valid university email address
* Be authorised by the society or student union

We reserve the right to request verification of eligibility at any time.

Approved individual students may receive a student discount on selected products.

* Discounts apply to full-price items only unless otherwise stated
* Discounts may not be combined with other promotions, offers, or codes
* Discount codes are personal and non-transferable

3. Group Orders (Anime Societies / Student Unions)

Group order discounts are available subject to minimum spend thresholds.

* All group orders must be submitted by the authorised Representative
* Each group order must be placed using the registered university email address provided during application
* The delivery address used for the first group order will be treated as the fixed delivery address. Any changes must be justified and are subject to approval
* Orders cannot be split across multiple delivery addresses
* We reserve the right to limit the number of group orders per society

4. Use of Discount Codes

Student discount codes are provided for intended university student use only.

* Codes must not be publicly shared, resold, or distributed outside the intended group
* Any misuse, abuse, or unauthorised distribution may result in suspension or termination of access

5. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance.

Payment must be received and cleared before orders are processed.

Once an order is confirmed, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

8.2 Society Programme Duration

* the end of the society’s term of office, or
* 1 September each year

A new application will be required to continue participation.

* False or misleading information is provided
