Q: How do you pack the model kits? Will they arrive damaged?
A: Each kit is securely packed in a clean, sturdy box, cushioned with bubble wrap and sustainable filling materials. We handle every order with collector-level care.

Q: What delivery methods do you offer?
A: We currently ship via Standard (Royal Mail Tracked 48). Express shipping is temporarily suspended to improve service quality.

Q: How long does order processing take?
A: Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 PM may ship the same day (not guaranteed). Orders after 12:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to couriers, weather, customs, or other unforeseen events.

1. Pre-order lets you reserve items before release or restock.

2. Full payment is required upfront.

3. If multiple items become available at the same time, we may automatically combine them into a single shipment depending on the situation. Where applicable, a £5 store credit will be included as a compensation for adjusted shipping arrangements.

4. If customers request a refund of the shipping fee, this must be raised within 7 days of the parcel being delivered. The £5 store credit must remain unused at the time of the request.

5. Estimated arrival dates are for reference only and may vary due to manufacturer, supplier, or shipping conditions.

6. The estimated arrival date is not the shipping date; we will notify you when your pre-order item is in stock and ready to be shipped.

7. Orders with multiple pre-order items will ship together when all are available. For faster delivery, place separate orders.

8. You can cancel pre-orders before the item ships. After shipping, cancellations aren’t possible — please refer to our return policy.

9. Cancellations for large quantity pre-orders may be reviewed and subject to partial handling fees.

10. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled shipping date may be reviewed and subject to partial handling fees.

11. Payment must be completed within 5 days of ordering or your pre-order will be cancelled.

A: You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

A: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all labels and accessories. Proof of purchase is required.
