The Customize Scene Base (Truss Base Ver.) is a display base designed for 1/144 scale model kits and action displays. The truss-style structure provides additional height and clearance, making it suitable for larger aerial poses or accommodating flying mobile suits.
The set includes four articulated arm parts with movable joints, allowing flexible positioning for different display setups. The floor section features evenly spaced 3mm connection holes for custom arrangements and accessory attachment. Runner parts can also be reused for further customization, while included joint parts expand compatibility with various model display configurations.

Shipping & Return
Q: How do you pack the model kits? Will they arrive damaged?
A: Each kit is securely packed in a clean, sturdy box, cushioned with bubble wrap and sustainable filling materials. We handle every order with collector-level care.
Q: What delivery methods do you offer?
A: We currently ship via Standard (Royal Mail Tracked 48). Express shipping is temporarily suspended to improve service quality.
Q: How long does order processing take?
A: Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 PM may ship the same day (not guaranteed). Orders after 12:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to couriers, weather, customs, or other unforeseen events.

Pre-Order Information
- Pre-order lets you reserve items before release or restock.
- Full payment is required upfront.
- Estimated arrival dates are for reference only and may vary due to manufacturer, supplier, or shipping conditions.
- The estimated arrival date is not the shipping date; we will notify you when your pre-order item is in stock and ready to be shipped.
- Orders with multiple pre-order items will ship together when all are available. For faster delivery, place separate orders.
- You can cancel pre-orders before the item ships. After shipping, cancellations aren’t possible — please refer to our return policy.
- Cancellations for large quantity pre-orders may be reviewed and subject to partial handling fees.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled shipping date may be reviewed and subject to partial handling fees.
- Payment must be completed within 5 days of ordering or your pre-order will be cancelled.

A: You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

A: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all labels and accessories. Proof of purchase is required.
